Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information FREEVA ("we") collects through this website, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry or request a quote, we collect the details you enter:
- Full name, company name, business email and country
- Phone or WhatsApp number (optional)
- Products of interest, estimated quantity, preferred packaging, destination and whether you would like samples
- Any additional requirements you write in the message field
We also record the page you sent the inquiry from and the language you used, so we can reply in the right context.
Why we use it
We use these details only to answer your inquiry: to review your requirements, prepare product information or a quotation, and contact you about next steps. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Spam protection
To keep the form free of automated spam, the website briefly uses your connection's IP address to limit the number of submissions in a short time. This check is held in memory only and is not stored with your inquiry.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking. The website stores one small cookie to remember your language choice (English or Arabic), and your browser keeps a short session note so the opening animation plays only once. Staff who sign in to manage the website use a login cookie. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
Who receives your inquiry
Your inquiry is stored in our website system and sent by email to the FREEVA team that handles quotations. Our hosting and email providers process this data on our behalf, only to run these services.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as they are needed to answer you and to manage any resulting business relationship. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Send your request through the contact form on this website, and we will reply using the details you provide.
Changes
We may update this policy when the website or our practices change. The current version is always available on this page.
